Now there are many arguments out there that say television is bad. You hear it all the time, people say you shouldn't watch it at all and you should just read a book instead. I reject those kinds of arguments. Instead, I believe the opposite, Television and its industry is one of the greatest things a human has ever created.
The TV is truly something special in our world of inundated with mass media. It serves almost as portal to the world that has truly changed the way people go about living there lives. Think about it, how many times have you heard, "have you watched that new show" or "did you see the show last night", the way TV has affected us is really quite amazing.
Something good I always felt TV has done for society is it gave people a common form of entertainment other than radio. TV showed people visuals not thought possible and it continues to gives us all something nice to watch in our free time.
I am now and probably always be an advocate for the Television history and I hope it continues to give people everywhere accessible, quality entertainment.
