There are many different things that are redefining the book industry and changing it dramatically. Books are becoming very expensive, so there has been many other ways to read books without the high costs. You can visit your local library, read some of the free books offered online and now with e-books. As of now e-books are not too common in the American society; however after a while they will be more popular than purchasing the actual book, but will never put book stores such as borders out of business.
Blockbuster books are necessary to have, and help those books sell and keep those individuals who normally wouldn’t read on a regular basis reading. When these movies come out, many read the book before the movie, or even after to pick out the differences between the two. I think blockbuster books are beneficial to have for everyone.
