Good and Bad PR

Public relations is an extremely important aspect of a company. If you are a large business you want to make sure your PR firm knows what they are doing. They need to be able to cover your ass and make you look confident even if you may not be. If something goes wrong with the company they need to put a positive spin on it to keep the public at ease.

For example Toyota is trying to continue to sell their vehicles and make money although they've been having so many problems being able to make them seem reliable with the constant news stories about more and more people having problems with both the acceleration and the breaking in numerous makes and models of their cars.

Good pr is any kind of ad or plug that makes a business look like the good guy, someone to trust and buy from. On the other hand bad pr is anything that shows a companies faults. Something that has people talking about your company but not for good reasons
